Construction

​The hall is a single-story multi-span skeleton with a built-in floor. The floor plan dimensions of the object are approximately 60.7 m x 46.7 m.

Land

​The hall is located on its own land, which allows for truck access and has 37 parking spaces. It provides sufficient space for possible further expansion of production facilities.

Connections

​The area is connected to the local rainwater and sewage canal, water supply pipeline, gas and electric connection (installed power 1172 kW).

Building construction

The load-bearing structure of the hall consists of a reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton made of reinforced concrete columns 400 x 400 mm. The perimeter envelope is sandwich-like from metal cassettes, filled with thermal insulation. Trapezoidal sheet metal is mounted on these cassettes.

The fillings of the openings are plastic windows with insulating double glazing, opening or tilting. External doors are steel, insulated. Sectional gates are aluminum. Internal doors are wooden or steel. All fillings are fire-resistant.

The floors are made of reinforced concrete with a cast or screed wear layer. Floor insulation against soil moisture and against radon. The floors in the sanitary facilities are made of ceramics.

In 2. NP are offices, meeting and visiting room, dining room and relaxation corner, locker rooms and showers for employees.

In the building, meals are provided for employees. Meals are transported, stored until distribution in cooling boxes. Heated in a convection oven and issued from gastronomic containers stored in distribution carts.

Area is completely fenced, with a gate, entrance gate and gatehouse. Gatehouse is a separate standing one-story building of rectangular shape with one entrance and a flat roof.

The entire area of the premises is lit, all paths and parking areas are solidified and asphalted. Paved sidewalks are made of interlocking paving stones. The area also underwent park and garden adjustments.

There are 37 designated parking spaces available.
